In this role, you will:- Develop and implement rural communication strategies that strengthen community engagement and visibility of restoration impact.
- Collaborate with landscape teams, partners, and media to execute outreach initiatives like roadshows, SMS campaigns, and radio programs.
- Contribute to digital communication and regreening support by managing budgets, conducting field visits, and aligning strategies with global teams.
- Engage and onboard media and implementation partners to expand project exposure and awareness.

Justdiggit Tanzania seeks motivated candidates with the following qualifications and experience:Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Environmental Communication, Development Studies, Sustainable Land Management, Forestry, Agriculture, or related fields.
- 3–4 years of experience in Social and Behaviour Change Communication, preferably linked to landscape restoration, sustainability, or environmental development.
- Proven experience in planning, production, and execution of rural communication initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently and across distances.
- Experience structuring projects and collaborating with partners to achieve communication objectives.
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to gather field insights to improve communication strategies.
