As a Senior Accountant, you will play a central role in ensuring financial accuracy, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic planning. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing the full accounting function, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll
- Preparing timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Strengthening internal controls and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Coordinating external audits and liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators
- Supporting management with financial insights for operational and investment decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ACPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or agribusiness
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and taxation
- Proven experience in financial controls, audit coordination, and performance reporting
