Job Purpose
The Regional Coordinator is responsible for managing regional performance, profitability, and team operations. The role ensures efficient service delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities
Regional Operations & Growth- Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with company goals
- Achieve targets such as customer growth, revenue, and operational efficiency
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) and control operational costs
- Recruit, train, and manage regional teams including Jaza Stars and technicians
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and team meetings
- Build high-performing teams aligned with company standards
- Ensure compliance with inventory policies and processes
- Control stock levels and minimize losses (target: ≤1% missing packs)
- Maintain efficient hub operations and service continuity
- Resolve customer complaints and service interruptions
- Ensure high-quality service delivery at all hubs
- Support teams in handling customer-related issues effectively
- Build relationships with local authorities and community leaders
- Represent the company in legal and regulatory matters
- Work with technicians to resolve technical issues
- Ensure hub uptime and operational efficiency
- Allocate resources for field operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in leadership or management roles
- Experience in energy, FMCG, or similar sectors is an advantage
- Strong understanding of operations, logistics, and inventory management
- Proven ability to manage P&L and drive business growth
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
