- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in credit recovery or collections
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
- Managing and improving loan recovery performance to reduce NPLs
- Supervising recovery officers and setting recovery targets
- Implementing effective recovery strategies, restructurings, and settlements
- Coordinating legal recoveries, repossessions, and auctions
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Preparing recovery and portfolio performance reports for management
- Prepare an updated CV highlighting your qualifications and relevant experience
