QUANTITY SURVEYOR GRADE II – 55 Positions​

MDAs & LGAs are inviting applications for 55 positions for the post of Quantity Surveyor Grade II. The application period is from 22 March 2026 to 04 April 2026.

The duties and responsibilities include:

• Preparing work schedules, construction costs (BOQ), and contract documents
• Preparing cost estimates for construction projects
• Collecting data and conducting surveys for construction project repairs
• Preparing budgets for construction projects
• Preparing project evaluation reports
• Collaborating with senior Quantity Surveyors to prepare brief reports on project construction
• Handling all financial administration related to projects, including preparation of permits and contracts
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Holder of a Bachelor’s or Advanced Diploma in a recognized University in a field related to Quantity Surveying
• Registration with the relevant professional board (AQRB)

The position offers a salary under the TGS E scale.
