About the Role​

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, and promoting aluminium products such as doors, windows, partitions, railings, and shower enclosures.

Key Responsibilities​

Business Development & Client Acquisition​

  • Identify and approach new clients including contractors, developers, architects, and homeowners
  • Conduct regular field visits to construction sites and offices
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong project pipeline

Sales Execution​

  • Present and promote aluminium products and services
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
  • Follow up on quotations to secure confirmed orders

Market Intelligence & Research​

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Identify new opportunities and customer needs
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions

Client Relationship Management​
