About the Role
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, and promoting aluminium products such as doors, windows, partitions, railings, and shower enclosures.You will play a key role in client acquisition, sales execution, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach new clients including contractors, developers, architects, and homeowners
- Conduct regular field visits to construction sites and offices
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong project pipeline
Sales Execution
- Present and promote aluminium products and services
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Follow up on quotations to secure confirmed orders
Market Intelligence & Research
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Identify new opportunities and customer needs
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
- Handle inquiries and resolve client issues effectively
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work with design, production, and installation teams
- Communicate client requirements clearly
- Track project progress and update clients
Marketing Activities
- Promote products through field visits and networking
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
- Contribute to social media and digital marketing insights
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of sales activities and site visits
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Track performance against sales targets
Payment Follow-Up
- Follow up on client payments
- Coordinate with finance to ensure timely collections
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Number of new clients acquired

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably construction, aluminium, or building materials)
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Understanding of construction industry and aluminium products
- Basic ability to read technical drawings (added advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
