Job Purpose​

The Field Sales Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the launch of service stations. The role ensures each site is fully prepared, meets quality standards, and is launched on time.

Key Responsibilities​

Site Launch Coordination​

• Assist in planning and executing service station launches
• Track tasks and monitor progress to ensure timelines are met
• Identify and report risks that may delay launches

Site Readiness​

• Ensure all equipment, inventory, and documentation are ready
• Confirm permits and licenses are processed
• Conduct basic inspections to verify site readiness

Stakeholder Coordination​

• Work with internal teams such as Tech, Operations, and Expansion
• Liaise with external stakeholders including landlords and community leaders
• Support smooth handover of sites after launch

Quality Assurance​

• Maintain a rework rate of ≤5%
• Identify issues affecting quality and recommend improvements
• Participate in audits to ensure compliance with company standards

Reporting and Communication​

• Provide regular updates on launch progress
• Present data and insights during team meetings
• Ensure proper documentation and handover after site launch

Qualifications​

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• Basic knowledge of project coordination and event planning
• Experience in sales or event coordination is an added advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel frequently to remote areas
