EXAMINATION OFFICER II (STATISTICS) – 1 Position​

Chuo Kikuu cha Dodoma (UDOM) is inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill one (1) position for the post of Examination Officer II (Statistics). The application period runs from 22 March 2026 to 04 April 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting examination processes and ensuring adherence to institutional policies and procedures. The duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensuring proper implementation of examination policies, regulations, and procedures
• Printing and photocopying examinations, timed tests, and other assessments
• Packing examinations, timed tests, and other assessments
• Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Applicants must meet the required academic qualifications to be considered for the position. Specifically, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution

The position offers a salary under the PGSS 6.1 scale, in accordance with the institution’s salary structure.
