About TASAF and PSSN III

Who Can Apply
This senior-level role is ideal for highly qualified and experienced professionals who meet the following criteria:- Hold a Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Possess a recognized professional certification such as CPA (T), ACCA, CIMA, or CISA
- Be registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) as ACPA or FCPA
- Have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 7 years in a senior managerial role
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of computerized accounting and audit systems
- Have experience working with donor-funded projects

Key Responsibilities
The Director of Internal Audit will play a strategic role in managing and strengthening audit functions. Key duties include:- Coordinating all internal audit operations within the project
- Advising management on audit and internal control matters
- Preparing and implementing annual audit plans and budgets
- Overseeing financial, operational, technical, and special audits
- Reviewing audit reports and submitting them to the Executive Director
- Serving as Secretary to the Audit Committee
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and donor requirements
- Monitoring internal controls and recommending improvements
- Supervising audit staff and supporting capacity building
- Preparing quarterly and annual audit reports
