The Executive Director of Muhimbili Orthopaedic Institute (MOI) invites high caliber, result oriented, self driven professionals with integrity, dynamic and suitable qualified Tanzanians to fill five (5) vacant posts mentioned below post:

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (05 POSTS)​

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:​

You will perform your duties as a Volunteer Customer Service Assistant by doing the following duties and responsibilities:

i. To support Patients in reception and front desk;
ii. To facilitate Patients appointment and scheduling Management;
iii. To enhance Patients communication and Information;
iv. To handle patients and relatives complaints and feedback;
v. To support Patients and advocacy;
vi. To coordinate with Medical Administrative Teams;
vii. To enhance cultural sensitivity and Professional conduct; and
viii. Performing any other related duties as may be assigned by his/her Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:​

Holder of Secondary Certificate plus one year certificate in nursing or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions.

REMUNERATION:​

Attractive remuneration allowance package of Tzshs. 250,000/- per Month.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:​

1. All applicants must be citizens of the United Republic of Tanzania and must not be below 18 and above 35 years of age;

2. Attaching copies of the following certificate is strictly not acceptable:
   • Form IV and form VI result slips,
   • Testimonials and all partial transcripts.
3. An applicant must attach a recent passport size;
4. Applicant employed to the public service are strictly not allowed to apply;
5. An applicant should indicate three (3) reputable referee with their reliable contact;
6. All foreign academic certificated must be recognized by relevant authorities TCU, NECTA and NACTVET;
