- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in microfinance or financial services
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role

- Overseeing branch performance and achieving sales targets
- Managing and safeguarding the loan portfolio
- Supervising Branch Managers, Business Development, Direct Sales, and Customer Experience teams
