Key Responsibilities
The selected Branch Manager will be responsible for:- Managing cross-border procurement and supplier coordination across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa
- Overseeing international shipping frameworks including INCOTERMS (FOB, CIF, DDP) and freight negotiations
- Implementing ERP-integrated logistics systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle SCM
- Managing warehouse automation, container tracking, and last-mile distribution systems
- Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements
- Overseeing branch-level financial performance, including P&L management and cost optimization
- Developing inventory financing strategies and cash flow forecasting linked to trade cycles
- Implementing brand protection and counterfeit prevention systems
- Leading regional expansion strategies and market intelligence analysis
Who Can Apply
This position is suitable for experienced professionals who meet the following requirements:- Degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, or MBA (Global Operations preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in multinational import/export operations or FMCG distribution
- Experience managing cross-border logistics across at least 2–3 international markets
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms
- Experience in customs compliance, trade finance, and transfer pricing
- Strong analytical, leadership, and financial management skills
