Job Details and Requirements
Graduate Trainees – Operations
- Location: Dar es Salaam
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Petroleum Engineering
- Must have graduated within the last 1 year
- Registered Graduate Engineer is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and planning skills
- High discipline, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
Refilling Officers
- Locations: Arusha, Iringa, Geita, Lindi, Mbeya, Musoma, Njombe, Tanga
- Must be a resident of the assigned region
- Certificate of Secondary Education
- Technical or mechanical certificate is an added advantage
- Basic machine operation skills
- Energetic, disciplined, and team-oriented
- Good communication and time management skills
Shop Sales Driver
- Location: Dar es Salaam
- Education: College Certificate or Diploma
- Experience: 2–3 years in Sales and Customer Care
- Motorcycle driving experience (1–2 years) with valid license
- Knowledge of stock management and MS Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be disciplined, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure
Graduate Trainees – Shop Sales Driver
- Location: Dar es Salaam
- Education: College Certificate or Diploma
- Experience in sales and customer care
- Motorcycle driving experience with valid license
- Knowledge of stock management and MS Office
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
