Absa Tanzania is looking for highly motivated professionals with the following qualifications and experience:Educational Requirements:
- National Diplomas or Advanced Certificates in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
- University degree preferred for certain technical competencies.
- Customer service experience in the banking sector, preferably handling corporate clients.
- Experience in product development, product management, or commercial operations.
- Familiarity with electronic banking channels, business working capital, letters of credit (LCs), and bank guarantees (BGIs) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of trade and cash management products, banking operations, and risk management.
- Familiarity with AML/Sanctions modules, electronic banking platforms, and payment/collections services.
- Advanced product training in transactional products, customer relationship management, or negotiation skills.
- Certificate in International Cash Management (CertICM) is desirable.
