- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in systems development, digital banking, or fintech
- Experience in microfinance/banking and AI solutions is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Developing, enhancing, and maintaining core microfinance systems
- Driving adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions
- Supporting the design, testing, and rollout of new financial products
- Ensuring data accuracy, system security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
