Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Confirm customer payments and manage daily order bookings
- Create, manage, and track ATCs (Authorization to Collect) and ITAs (Internal Transfer Advice)
- Issue ATCs to transport, customers, or representatives
- Ensure compliance with company order creation procedures
- Coordinate order creation with sales officer/coordinator team
- Coordinate transport and logistics for smooth dispatch of orders
- Compile customer service and sales reports
- Maintain confidentiality of customer account statements
- Confirm customer account balances and manage queries
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience
- Collate periodic sales reports for submission to DCLT Management
- Raise alerts regarding events or compliance breaches affecting sales operations
- Recommend operational improvements to the Head of Sales & Marketing
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related business studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales operations role
- Strong customer service management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Swahili)
- Leadership and teamwork abilities
- Report compilation and problem-solving skills
