Job Purpose
The Regional Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining hub uptime, managing technical operations, and ensuring system reliability across the region. The role plays a critical part in ensuring energy systems perform efficiently and consistently.Key Accountabilities
- Maintain 99.9% energy uptime across all hubs
- Ensure 98% battery pack health, minimizing defective units
- Oversee technical performance and implement corrective actions
Key Responsibilities
Hub Monitoring & Downtime Prevention
- Monitor energy levels across hubs to prevent service interruptions
- Ensure continuous and reliable operations
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Diagnose and repair defective battery packs and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on energy systems
- Conduct both remote and on-site troubleshooting
Hub Commissioning & Setup
- Oversee hub commissioning and testing processes
- Set up hub systems including phones, controllers, and connectivity
- Ensure accurate data is maintained in internal systems
Technical Issue Management
- Track, document, and escalate issues using internal systems (e.g., GitLab)
- Analyze technical reports to identify trends and improvements
Inventory & Equipment Management
- Maintain accurate records of tools, components, and defective items
- Manage inventory for efficient operations
Team Support & Coaching
- Train and mentor technical interns
- Share knowledge on evolving technologies and procedures
Product Testing & Improvement

Qualifications
