About the Role
The Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure timely and effective delivery of outcomes. The role involves working closely with internal teams, partners, donors, and community stakeholders to enhance programme impact and sustainability.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities
- Support project visibility through outreach campaigns and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to fundraising and proposal development initiatives
- Oversee monitoring and evaluation processes and impact reporting
- Organize trainings, workshops, and capacity-building programmes
- Prepare technical reports, donor updates, and documentation
- Maintain project records and knowledge management systems
- Contribute to innovative programme design and community engagement strategies
Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field
- Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination or programme implementation
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and partnership management
- Strong skills in grant management, donor reporting, and monitoring & evaluation
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Experience in NGOs or health-related programmes is an added advantage
