- Hold at least a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of gender-based violence (GBV) and violence against women and children (VAWC)
- Possess experience working with UN agencies or international organizations (an added advantage)
- Have experience working in Tanzania, East Africa, or Southern Africa
- Demonstrate strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills
- Be able to engage effectively with communities and stakeholders
- Have proficiency in both English and Swahili
