About the Role
As a Field Training Specialist, you will be responsible for building the capability of the sales force through structured training, coaching, and performance support.You will work closely with consultants, managers, and distributors to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Facilitate structured training sessions for consultants, managers, and distributors
- Deliver training on sales, products, recruitment, systems, and leadership
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to strengthen leadership capacity
Field Coaching & Performance Support
- Conduct in-field coaching by observing live sales and recruitment activities
- Provide structured and practical feedback to improve performance
- Support team leaders during growth and transition phases
Training Rollout & Follow-Up
- Ensure consistent training delivery during product launches and campaigns
- Conduct follow-ups to assess training effectiveness and behaviour change
Reporting & Feedback
- Submit weekly and monthly training and field activity reports
- Track performance indicators such as activation and qualification rates
- Identify training gaps and share insights with management
Minimum Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a training or coaching role within direct sales
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Development, HR, Training, or related field
- Proven ability to meet training targets and KPIs
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Hands-on experience in field sales
- Strong coaching and feedback skills
- Ability to analyse training needs and measure effectiveness
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

- Fluency in multiple African languages
