The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years in environmental management within large-scale operations, preferably in mining or extractive industries.
- At least 5 years in supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of Tanzanian mining and environmental regulations.
- Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and ethical standards.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to operate in a dynamic operational environment.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
