- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the banking or microfinance industry, preferably in credit analysis or relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and assess credit risk
- Actively identifying new clients, understanding their financial needs, and establishing strong relationships to identify potential loan opportunities
- Analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness and determine loan eligibility
- Identifying potential credit risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies, and monitoring loan portfolios for early warning signs of delinquency
- Monitoring existing loan accounts, tracking repayment schedules, and taking necessary actions to manage delinquent loans
- Maintaining accurate records of loan transactions, preparing regular reports for management, and documenting all credit decisions
