  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, LLB, MBA) will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in credit administration or credit operations within a bank, MFI, or NBFI
In this role, the Credit Administration Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective and controlled lending operations across the institution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing credit administration processes and loan documentation
  • Managing loan disbursements and ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Monitoring portfolio performance to maintain quality standards
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
