- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Master’s degree or professional qualifications (CPA/CFA) will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in credit management
- At least 5 years in a senior management role
- Proven experience in regulated microfinance and digital lending operations
- Providing strategic leadership and oversight of the credit function in line with Microfinance Regulations
- Developing, implementing, and enforcing credit policies and underwriting standards
- Overseeing credit appraisal, approvals, portfolio performance, collections, and recoveries
- Managing digital lending platforms and a wide range of loan products including micro, SME, retail, and secured lending
- Monitoring portfolio risk, PAR, NPLs, provisioning, and regulatory reporting
