- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related field
- Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in microfinance or banking
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong practical knowledge of credit management, portfolio quality, and loan recovery
- Leading branch business growth through customer acquisition and loan portfolio expansion
- Ensuring high-quality credit appraisal, loan disbursement, monitoring, and recovery to maintain acceptable PAR levels
- Managing branch operations in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Supervising, mentoring, and performance-managing branch staff
- Preparing and submitting accurate branch performance, risk, and compliance reports
- Prepare an updated CV highlighting your qualifications and relevant experience
