ASSISTANT LECTURER (FLOW MEASUREMENT/PROCESS ENGINEERING) – 1 Position
Chuo cha Elimu ya Biashara (CBE) is inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill one (1) position for the post of Assistant Lecturer (Flow Measurement/Process Engineering). The application period runs from 22 March 2026 to 04 April 2026.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and practical training in flow measurement and process engineering. The duties and responsibilities include:
- Teaching up to NTA Level 8 (Bachelor’s Degree) programs
- Assisting senior staff in practical training, seminars, and tutorials up to NTA Level 9 as part of capacity building
- Preparing learning resources for tutorial exercises
- Conducting research, seminars, and case studies
- Carrying out consultancy and community services under supervision
- Supervising students’ projects
- Assisting in preparing teaching manuals and compendiums
- Master’s Degree (NTA Level 9) or equivalent qualification in Metrology, Measurement Science, or Applied Measurement Science
- Bachelor’s Degree in Metrology, Measurement Science, or Applied Measurement Science
- GPA of at least 4.0 (or equivalent of B+) for the Master’s Degree
- GPA of at least 3.8 for the Bachelor’s Degree
- Both degrees should be in similar or related disciplines
