This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in customer service, business administration, or marketing. Candidates should be empathetic, organized, and skilled in communication. To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a similar role (experience in microfinance or financial services is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
  • High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset
In this role, the Assistant Customer Experience Officer will ensure clients receive professional and timely support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions
  • Ensuring customer interactions align with the institution’s standards
  • Supporting implementation and maintenance of service quality benchmarks
  • Providing accurate information on Victoria Finance’s products and services
  • Maintaining a visitor logbook, issuing visitor badges, and assisting in scheduling meetings and appointments
